According to the realtor’s description, the “unique independent period villa is in a dominant position with a splendid lake view.” It features pedestrian access that borders the Parco di Villa Serbelloni. The home retained many original finishes, giving it a simple, country look. This home goes for $3.2 million.

The couple next checked out a less expensive home. Located in the village of Menaggio, the $1.7 million home boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms over 7,212 square feet.
