Jennifer Lopez fans have been left confused as it appears she and Ben Affleck are heading towards a divorce, while other reports suggest she could be pregnant with his baby on the way.
Lopez, 54, reunited with Affleck, 51, after first breaking off their engagement in 2004. The Hollywood A-listers got hitched in 2022, but their marriage may already be over after a second split, according to widespread reports.
However, a source shared with Life & Style that Jennifer had been trying to persuade Ben for a long time to have a baby via surrogate and “finally got him to cave in.”
“She nagged him until he went along with it,” the source said in April. “Ben was completely happy with the blended family they already have, but he loves kids, that’s why he agreed to having another. At the end of the day, he wants Jennifer to be happy.”
However, concerns were raised about another ‘Bennifer’ breakup after not being spotted in public for several weeks. What’s more, Affleck was seen not wearing his ring – suggesting their marriage may have broken down – and it remains to be seen if family planning was behind it.

The ‘Jenny from the Block’ singer shares two children with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, twins Emme and Max, who both turned 16 earlier this year. The trio are incredibly close, with Emme even following in mom’s footsteps with a love of performing.
Ben has three teenagers of his own from his previous marriage to Jennifer Garner, daughters Violet Anne, 18, and Seraphina Rose, 15, and an 11-year-old son, Samuel.
While many have speculated about the reason behind their apparent split, it looked at one point as if Lopez and Affleck would be having a baby together.
Reports stated that the pair had started “baby planning” almost immediately after they were married – and the Puerto Rican’s past comments would suggest there may be some truth to it.
“I don’t know that it’s in God’s plan but I would like to try. I’m so open to it!” Lopez told People Magazine in 2019 when asked about having a child. At the time, she was engaged with Alex Rodriguez and had not yet reunited with her former flame.
