“She’s just one of the sweetest people ever… that’s just that,” Chariah Gordon, fiancée of Chiefs star Mecole Hardman Jr., tells PEOPLE of Taylor Swift…

When watching the Kansas City Chiefs play on the field, it’s hard to overlook the fun being had in the star-studded box shown on screen as the WAGs of the players cheer the team on.

Chariah Gordon — who is the fiancée of Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr. — is no stranger to the suite, famously giving fans a glimpse inside when she posted a PDA-filled pic with her partner alongside Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce in October 2023.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Gordon opens up about her friendship with the pop superstar and the fun they’ve been having together while watching their significant others play in pursuit of a third consecutive Super Bowl title this season.

Since officially joining Chiefs Kingdom last year amid her relationship with Kelce, fans have loved seeing the global superstar let loose and have fun at games, though Gordon notes that she has always been incredibly down-to-earth.

“That’s just who she is… She’s fun, she’s loving, she’s sweet,” Gordon says of the “So High School” singer. “We have a good time and we are there to support our men. She’s just one of the sweetest people ever… that’s just that.”

Their supportive intent has been on full display since last season, which culminated with Gordon’s fiancé Hardman scoring the game-winning touchdown at the 2024 Super Bowl. The women were seen jumping, hugging and screaming in excitement.

While Gordon respectfully opts to keep her relationship with Swift “private,” she hasn’t shied away from sharing their sweet moments inside the suite on social media. In fact, she admitted to PEOPLE that she didn’t expect her iconic October photo to go viral in the way that it did.

“I just thought that we looked cute and I posted it,” Gordon says of the photo that pictures Swift kissing Kelce alongside her and Hardman. “I didn’t have [any] thought into it, honestly. I didn’t know that it was going to be that big.”

“I had no expectations,” she continued. “I just really honestly posted because we had a good time and it was a really nice photo.”

“I didn’t know that I was breaking the internet!” she jokes. “I was oblivious to all of that.”

In fact, Gordon admits that she initially “freaked out” when the post started to blow up. “It kind of made me feel like in a sense, I did something wrong,” she says, though adds, “But I know I didn’t because it’s just a nice photo.”

Ultimately, Gordon had no intention behind the photo. “I think honestly, I was not thinking, just did it and it turned out to be something tremendously huge.” She clarifies, “I mean, it’s just good times with good people that I care about — and that’s just that.”

After the initial photo took off, Gordon and Swift had some fun by recreating the iconic couple goals shot earlier this year. “Part : ii <3 …,” Gordon captioned the Instagram post from September..

“It was more so like, ‘Let’s just recreate something that we did. I think that would be funny,'” Gordon tells PEOPLE of the thought process behind the follow-up post. “And it was,” she says, adding, “It just was just something to redo that special moment in time that was all shared together.”

In the new photos, Swift once again kissed Kelce’s left cheek while resting her hand on his right cheek. Meanwhile, Gordon embraced Hardman.

Naturally, fans gushed in the comment section of the post. Many even thanked Gordon for “blessing” them with the photos, calling her a “content queen” for sharing.

“Chariah breaks the internet part II. You are our MVP ❤️,” wrote one user. “THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE, CHARIAH 🫡❤️❤️❤️❤️,” penned another.

In response to one fan who said she was “out here feeding all us Swifties,” Gordon tells PEOPLE the fan comments make her laugh. “When they say that, it cracks me up because I’m literally just living my life.”

She explains, “I am not purposely like, ‘Oh, hey, let me feed them.’ I’m just enjoying myself — but I do love the Swifties!” She adds, “They show me nothing but love and I appreciate it because it is genuine all the way around the board.”

Gordon, in fact, surrounded herself with Swifties this past weekend when she traveled to Indianapolis in support of the pop superstar’s final stretch of the U.S. leg of the Eras Tour on Friday, Nov. 1 at Lucas Oil Stadium.
