Even as Elon Musk is changing the world through business and politics, his brood continues to grow bigger.
Elon Musk has had a child with political commentator Ashley St. Clair. The announcement was made by Ashley St. Clair on X. This makes the child the 13th of Musk’s known children.
amongst other things, where his mouth is. He has been repeatedly warning about declining birth rates, and has said that population collapse is the greatest threat facing humanity today. He’s repeatedly urged people to have more children, and has made no bones about the fact that his own brood is part of that effort. “Doing my best to help the underpopulation crisis. A collapsing birth rate is the biggest danger civilization faces by far,” he’d tweeted after the birth of his 9th child.
St. Clair posted an announcement to X on Friday, Feb. 14, saying that she and Musk, 53, have a child together.
“Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause,” read her announcement.
Musk, of course, has been looking to save humanity in other ways. He’s helping prevent climate change by building clean cars through Tesla, and is looking to make humanity multiplanetary through SpaceX in the event earth goes through a cataclysmic event. And after having personally fathered 13 children, Musk seems to be just as enthusiastically solving the underpopulation problem as well.
He first became a father in 2002 when his ex-wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson, welcomed their son Nevada Alexander, who tragically died at 10 weeks old. The former couple then welcomed five more children: twins Vivian and Griffin, 20, and triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian, 18.
Musk is also the father to Nevada, Vivian, Griffin, Kai, Saxon, Damian, X Æ A-12, Exa, Strider, Azure, Techno and his second youngest child.
