Big Taylor Swift announcement is turning head... Check it out

Taylor Swift did not get to where she is today by chance. Not only is she a very talented individual with an unbridled work ethic, but what has also helped take her popularity to the next level is the machinery she utilizes to promote her brand.

A testament to this fact is how Swift previously teamed up with YouTube to create a massive promotional campaign for her song “Fortnight” with fellow music icon Post Malone.

The campaign involved hand-painted QR codes across the world, which linked fans to different clues that ultimately led to Swift’s website. Swifties across the globe had to work with each other to solve the puzzle, which unlocked the “For a Fortnight Challenge.” This involved, among other things, Swift sharing behind-the-scenes footage via YouTube Shorts, all aimed at promoting her new song.

The campaign was nothing short of genius, and it reportedly generated 850 million unique campaign views, 3.09 billion earned media impressions and 15.2 billion total YouTube Shorts views.

Swift’s epic collaborative effort with YouTube was honored on Tuesday by the Webby Awards, which recognize excellence around the internet.

The Webby Awards announced its full list of winners for this year, which included Swift’s “For a Fortnight Challenge” winning two awards: Webby Winner and People’s Choice Winner for Advertising, Media & PRBest Community Engagement 2025.

According to the exciting awards announcement, Swift’s campaign is being honored for best community engagement, which is defined on the website as follows: “Best, most innovative, and effective or creative use of social or online community building, engagement and audience development within a PR Campaign.”

Swift will officially receive her latest awards during the Webbys Show in New York City on May 12.

It remains to be seen at this point, however, if Swift will be able to accept the award in person. For what it’s worth, the multi-Grammy Award-winning artist has a couple of homes in the Big Apple, and she spends a lot of her downtime in NYC.

Be that as it may, Swift has been keeping a low profile over the past couple of months as she reportedly spends as much time as she can with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs.

2024 was an extremely demanding year for both of them. It was only in December that Swift ended her “Eras Tour” concert series, which had her on the road for nearly two years. Kelce, on the other hand, was busy helping the Chiefs reach their third straight Super Bowl.
